We rely on you to ensure the accuracy of our information. Under no circumstances do we trade patient lists or other personal information with external entities.

Clients may be requested to provide verbal or written consent to enable us to disclose specific information necessary for continuous care or to carry out certain procedures. When a client furnishes Circle Hearing Inc. with any personal health information, they are considered to have consented to Circle Hearing Inc. to (a) provide audiological assessments and/or treatment; (b) contact the referring physician; (c) in the event of a hearing aid prescription, contact the prescribing Audiologist; and (d) contact the client to offer information, services, and resources that may be beneficial or of interest to the client. We will seek your consent before utilizing the information for purposes beyond the scope of this published Privacy Statement and our Privacy Policy.
